Excellent article!

Jackson’s lack of constitutional knowledge is frightening. SCOTUS, in this ruling, stated that the District Courts didn’t have jurisdiction to overturn Trump’s order nationwide. Yet, she whines about the Court not ruling on the merits of the case. If the Plaintiff doesn’t have a standing, the case goes no further.

Also, she missed the most important/most threatening part of the decision: this returns partial control of the budget to Trump. He can freeze spending, which can end wasteful projects and NGO money laundering political fronts. Presidents have always been able to spend more, by citing an emergency. Now Presidents can spend less. This SCOTUS decision is epic.

Jackson was not “installed” on the Court for her constitutional knowledge. She is a pawn…a useful idiot, who will do exactly as she is told and her status as a black female will shield her from any repercussions.

When she first joined the court, I hoped she was a closet Libertarian/civil rights justice. That hope has been totally dashed.

It was my assumption at the time of her installation that like the Biden (81 million votes LOL) installation, any person placed in any position of power or leverage by the Democratic Bureaucracy was a pawn-a compromised completely controlled tool-to further the Leftist narrative. I haven’t seen anything to this day to challenge that assumption.

The US supreme court has too much political power, all these issues should be decided by the people directly in a national referendum using the time tested system and procedures followed in Switzerland for more than 150 years with impressive results.

The national referendum of 2024 gave the executive powers inherent in the office of the President to Donald Trump, not not some District Court Judge.

We have a national referendum every 4 years in the US.

We can agree that there are many Republicrats in the Swamp, but what is your definition of "the swamp?" What MAGA actions have been super swampy?

Taking a jet as a gift from a foreign country. Allowing Trump to openly do business out of the White House. Allowing Trump to host dinners and take money for his Bitcoin enterprise. Banning journalists who ask tough questions from WH press room, arresting U.S. Senators who attempt to ask a question to a Cabinet member at an open press briefing. Firing government workers who aren’t openly politically of MAGA. I mean it’s freaking endless, but I’m sure you would refuse to agree. I don’t know you but most supporters that I know of MAGA are completely unable to see hypocrisy by those on their side. I don’t have that problem because I am not in a cult. I can criticize the left and democrats who do dumb shit.
